Bilal Hasan Minto has over twenty six years of experience in representing individual and institutional clients before various courts of law (including the Supreme Court of Pakistan, the provincial High Courts, civil and criminal courts of first instance, banking, labour and environmental tribunals and accountability courts). He has successfully argued seminal issues before the banking court to ensure that litigation in this sector is resolved efficiently and fairly. Bilal Hasan Minto’s litigation prowess is evident from the fact that he has been involved (alongside his father – Abid Hassan Minto (Senior Consultant / Of Counsel of Minto & Mirza) who is regarded as one of Pakistan’s foremost constitutional law experts) in seminal constitutional litigation in the country in the last fifteen years. Bilal Hasan Minto has also worked towards reforming the judicial system in Pakistan by making several recommendations to the High Courts for improvements in our Civil Procedure. He has also worked on wide-ranging corporate transactional matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, project finance, power projects, legal audit of banks and drafting construction and real estate contracts.
