Bilal Hasan Minto has over twenty five years of experience in representing individual and institutional clients before various courts of law (including the Supreme Court of Pakistan, the provincial High Courts, civil and criminal courts of first instance, banking, labour and environmental tribunals and accountability courts). He has successfully argued seminal issues before the banking court to ensure that litigation in this sector is resolved efficiently and fairly. Bilal has been involved (by himself and alongside his father – Abid Hassan Minto (Senior Consultant / Of Counsel of Minto & Mirza) in seminal constitutional litigation in the country in the last fifteen years. He has also worked on wide-ranging corporate transactional matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, project finance, power projects, legal audit of banks and drafting construction and real estate contracts.
